                    measure your progress so you can see some of the seemingly "invisible" gains as well as the obvious.

Step 2:  Provide Feedback - Please give us your feedback so we can make this a stronger program

for the families we serve! 

Step 3:  Schedule Results Appointment - Please send an e-mail with your availability  
                    (if more than one parent - please give dates and times when both parents are available) for your
                     Re-Evaluation Appointment.  Please list Scheduling Results Appointment as the Subject of
                     your e-mail.
